Where do I begin with this one? Alyssia and Duncan were a fabulous couple to work with and an absolute joy, along with all of their amazing suppliers. Photography by David Betteridge Photography.
Alyssia and Duncan said 'I do' on March 1st 2019, yes thats right St Davids Day, Alyssia was determined to include her Welsh family background, so St Davids Day was the perfect day! They married at their local church in Hartpury, Gloucestershire and then moved on to their evening reception at Hartpury House, Hartpury College.
Alyssia and Duncan were amazing to work with as they trusted me to create their dream flowers. They had complete faith in me to create their dream flowers so early on in my career. The colour palette being pastels worked amazingly with early spring florals and suited their country wedding perfectly.
planning their big day
Alyssia and Duncan had a few clear ideas on how they wanted their flowers to look but were open to any suggestions I made. We all decided on a pastel colour scheme, using all colours to really enhance spring. They both love being outdoors and in the country side, so a few pheasant feathers and twisted willow really added that country feel.
The flowers were a huge part of Alyssia and Duncan's big day, from Buttonholes to Archways and Bouquets to Floral Pillars.
We decided to go for a range of beautiful late Winter and early Spring blooms including Snapdragons, Ranunculus, Narcissi, Daffodils, Myrtle, Delphinium, Spray Roses, Lisianthus, Roses, Spray Roses, Blooms, Willow, Muscari, Pussy Willow, Thistles, Dill and so much more!
